PoliciesNew ClientsNew clients have a "get to know" visit scheduled in which you can meet us and we get to meet you and your special friends. It gives us an opportunity to meet the animals before we start actual services. It's easier and less stressful for the animals to meet someone new in the presence of their owners as opposed to meeting them when nobody is around but the animal and a stranger.. NotificationAllow enough time between calling us for the first time for service and the date you require us for a "get to know" visit. Seven days is usually sufficient. Please give us the courtesy, wherever possible, of at least 48 hours notice prior to scheduling the start of service, although we do understand emergencies happen and are happy to accommodate short notice whenever possible. PaymentFor new clients, payment is due for services at the "get to know" visit. For existing clients, payment may be left to be collected at the first scheduled visit.
